These General Terms and Conditions govern all sales of services concerning the Room Service and Event Sodexo activity. It can be waived only by special conditions agreed in writing by Sodexo.The fact of ordering implies from the buyer the unconditional acceptance of these
General Terms and Conditions and the renunciation of his own purchasing terms which appear on his papers and commercial documents, including on his letters and his order forms, and this regardless of their date of transfer to Sodexo.
All Room Service deliveries are contractually installed/removed without service from Monday to Friday (except on bank holidays) between 8am and 5pm in the allowded meeting rooms. Thus all demands of delivery and/or clearing out of this time slot should lead to additional costs.
Orders have to be placed on the commercial website, before the deadlines defined in each categories of service. The buyer have to indicate us the valid and approved PO number corresponding to the amount its purchases (or an order form for all subscribed clients).
Any request after the deadline will result in a response and possible consideration last minute. Any order can be cancelled from Monday to Friday, the cancellation deadlines are the same than the order deadlines: it depends on the kind of services and are indicated in the catalogue. All order not cancelled before the deadline will be entirely invoiced to the client.
All “last-minute” orders (out of the orders deadlines) are considered as confirmed and cannot be cancelled in any case. Services in “last-minute” will be delivered with disposable equipment, provided the availability of the products and will be delivered depending on the daily planning (the anticipated orders will be handled before the “last-minute” demands concerning the delivery)
For all custom-made events (on quotes), depending on the duration of the service, drinks would be intended in addition. They will be invoiced according to the consumption. Any event service has to be validated or cancelled 72h before the day of the service.
Sodexo has the right to change the contents of any service of the catalogue according to the daily
For hygiene reasons, no goods can be returned or exchanged.
The products should be consumed soon after the delivery by Sodexo.
Sodexo disclaims all responsibility in case the services are not consumed immediately or out of the deadlines specified.
Any loss or breakage of equipment will be charged according to a scale available on request. The illustrations presented in our brochures online are not contractual.
